Samsung Galaxy S23 Design and Specs (Leaks and Rumors)
The renders released today show that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature the S series phone’s thinnest bezel with a tiny punch-hole for the selfie camera.
The S23 Ultra model will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC unlike its predecessor (S22 Ultra which runs on the Qualcomm-made Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in the United States and Samsung-made Exynos 2200 in other places).
The major changes made to the S23 Ultra series are in the processor and the camera modules. The Galaxy S23 and S23+ will have a triple-camera setup.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 will come in the same panel dimensions as its predecessor ( 6.1-inch). Its dimensions are 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.5 mm. The Samsung Galaxy S23+ will be bigger than its predecessor at 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm in size. However, it will keep the very same 6.6-inch screen as its predecessor.
It will contain two nano SIM card slots that can accommodate a 5G network and a USB Type-C connection that supports fast charging at up to 25W.
Reports have it that the difference in the charging speed could be a major turn-off to Samsung’s target audience since its predecessor came with a 45W fast charging speed.
No one is sure about the prices yet but there are speculations that the series might debut along the same lines as S22 Ultra.
