Leaked images reveal a Zelda-skinned version of Nintendo Switch.

If a recent leak is accurate, then a new version of Nintendo Switch should be right around the corner.

Recently leaked images reveal that the Switch is getting a re-skin of Nintendo’s most anticipated game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The images seem credible as the handheld console is seen running a Pokémon game. The Zelda version of Switch will feature an OLED screen. Whether it will feature any more hardware improvements or not isn’t known at the moment.

The above leak originated on a famiboards forum and then once again on Reddit. Even though the images seem authentic, you should still take this with a grain of salt. It is also interesting that Nintendo hasn’t DMCAed those images yet.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will launch on May 12 for Nintendo Switch. The anticipated game is a sequel to the 2017 Zelda game, which received critical reception from fans and critics. Many are expecting the follow-up title to follow suit.
