GRAC, the Korean Rating Board has given Armored Core 6 a 12+ rating.

FromSoftware, the renowned developer behind the 2022 game of the year title, Elden Ring, is making a return to the Armored Core franchise. The next installment in the series, titled Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, is will launch this year on all major platforms, including last-generation consoles.

While details about the game have been kept under wraps, some information has managed to leak out. The Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) recently rated Armored Core 6, giving it a 12+ rating. The game will feature depictions of violence, including attacks and explosions from various weapons. However, this isn’t exactly surprising, given the nature of the franchise.

The rating itself might not be a big deal, but it does suggest that additional details about the game could be revealed to the public soon. Fans have yet to see a single second of gameplay footage. If History is anything to go by, then Summer Game Fest might be a good guess. FromSoftware has often unveiled its projects at Geoff Keighley shows.

In other leaks, the next iteration of the Mafia series could feature multiplayer comments along with Stealth combat. Visit our previous story for additional details.
