Display and charging capabilities
The leak revealed that the Redmi K60 series will feature a 2K resolution display with an AMOLED screen across the lineup. Nothing has been revealed about the screen sizes yet. The leak also revealed that the device will run on a 5,500 mAh battery and support both wireless and wired charging. The Redmi K60 is expected to be the first Redmi phone to support wireless charging. 67W wired fast charging and 30W wireless.
Chipset specifications
Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will be found in one of the K60 series’ devices. Rumor has it that the Redmi Pro K60 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which makes its public debut in November of this year.
The series is likely going to come preinstalled with the Android 13 OS and the latest version of MIUI.
Launch Date and Price
Redmi K60 series is expected to launch in the first quarter Q1 of 2023. The launch event is rumored to be in March.
