Rumbleverse coming to Switch

The official reveal of Rumbleverse for Nintendo Switch should be nearby.

The popular brawler battle royale game, Rumbleverse, is coming to Nintendo Switch. We know this not because of an official announcement but due to a rating board.

As of right now, the said game is available on all major platforms except the Switch. However, the website Go Nintendo spotted an entry of the game for Switch on the Taiwanese Rating Board. Like previous ratings, the Switch version is also marked as “auxiliary 12”, meaning it’s suitable for 12 years old or above.

The fact that the Switch version is rated means that an official announcement is imminent. We don’t know the exact release date, but we do know that it will be free. Rumbleverse is free-to-play on every other platform, and we don’t see that changing.

The game is published by Epic Games and developed by the popular porting studio Iron Galaxy. It is developed using Unreal Engine 4 and can be played on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

In other news, a Zelda version of Nintendo Switch has been spotted. More information is available here.
