Galaxy A14 render images and video leak online ahead of its launch

Recently it was reported that Samsung, the giant South Korean tech company, is in the process of testing a new generation of the Galaxy A14 series alongside the Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A34 with the launching event being touted to take place next year.

The newest leak renders from popular tech leaker on Twitter @OnLeaks, in collaboration with Giznext, have supplied us with detailed information on what the Galaxy A14 looks like and what we can anticipate from the next launch event of the next-gen model of the Galaxy A series smartphone.

The leak renders have shown us that the Samsung Galaxy A14 will be slightly similar to its precursor, the A13 in terms of design.

The leaks exposed that the Galaxy A14 series will pack an Infinity-U display compared to its predecessor the A13 series which came with an infinity V-screen. Similarities of the upcoming A14 model to its predecessor are noticeable in the camera modules and the frame designs.

The previous gen model has a quad camera module setup on the rear. However, with the latest renders, it looks like the additional sensor is being discarded by Samsung leaving us with a triple rear camera setup.

From Giznext

We anticipate that Samsung will make a larger upgrade to the main camera sensor. The Galaxy A13 received a main quad camera of 50 MP sensors so we expect a major upgrade from this.

A side-mounted fingerprint scanner for increased privacy was also exposed in the render photos. Also, the Galaxy A14 render images revealed that the SIM card slot is located on the left.

The speaker grille, microphone, and 3.5mm headphone jack are placed on either side of the USB-C connector at the bottom. The secondary mic is on the other side.

Details about the internal hardware specifications of the Galaxy A14 are not yet available. We are unsure if Samsung will launch the Galaxy A14 with 5G network support like its predecessor. We expect a larger screen size of about 6.8-inches compared to the 6.6-inch panel on the Galaxy A13 and an FHD+ screen resolution.
