Deathloop DLC or Sequel in Development

The voice actor for Colt Vahn revealed that more Deathloop content is in the works.

Deathloop may not have made as much of a splash as the developer wanted. However, the game still has quite a loyal fanbase. These players will be happy to know that more content is probably on the way.

Jason E. Kelley, the voice actor of the game’s protagonist Colt Vahn, revealed some intriguing details in an interview with Streamily. Kelley mentioned that he and Ozioma Akagha, the voice actress behind Julianna, have been hired again under the Deathloop codename.

He quickly realizes he wasn’t supposed to say that and continued to act nervously. You can watch the entire thing above at 11:03 timestamp.

The voice actors going back to work could only mean two things. Either there’s an expansion in development or a full-fledged sequel. A DLC seems less likely, as the game is more than a year old now. A proper sequel makes much more sense. However, it would have to account for the different endings in the first game.

Even if a sequel is in development, it likely won’t be PlayStation-exclusive. Deathloop is now owned by Microsoft, and any future game in the series would come to Xbox.
