Samurai Maiden

The steam page is already up and running with the release window mentioned as “This Winter”.

Samurai Maiden, the upcoming anime sword-fighting game, might finally have a release date. Recently the game’s store page went live on Steam, revealing some important details.

The store page mentions the release date as “This Winter.” Winter is quite a broad term that ranges from October to February. Thankfully, a new leak has revealed the exact launch date.

The Steam API page mentions the release date as December 8, 2022. Even though the date falls in line with the store release window, you should still take this with a grain of salt. The game can get delayed, or it could just be a placeholder.

Even though pre-ordering isn’t available, players can still wishlist the game. However, there’s a chance that pre-orders could open up tomorrow.

D3 Publisher, the publisher of Samurai Maiden, will reveal more information about the game tomorrow at Tokyo Game Show. You can watch the stream over here.

The game will be available on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The developer has said no word about any Xbox version. You can check out the official website for more information on Samurai Maiden.
